Exceed Lock Up Procedure
Exceed franchise owners will ensure that any windows or doors they have been instructed to repair and or use for the purpose of gaining access to the property or to perform their services, will be secured and locked before leaving the property.
Any other instructions required by owners should be communicated by way of text or email to the Franchise Owner before the job is completed. Unless otherwise instructed, the Franchise Owner will not alter any other aspect of the property security, without first being authorised by the property owner. In other words we will 'leave as found'.
Exceed franchise owners cannot be held liable for any subsequent unlawful access via any other entry point that was not attended to or used by the Franchise Owner.
Our Promise To You
Our Commitment To You Is That We Will Always:
- Arrive on time or call prior to advise if running late or early
- Stand behind our workmanship

If our workmanship is found to be substandard, we will put things right. If this means using the services of an alternative Franchise Owner, this will be arranged for you.
We honour all manufacturers' warranty statements on all products we supply or install.
All Exceed Franchise Owners have public liability insurance.
Exceed is a member of the Windows Association of New Zealand. You can therefore be assured that our company adheres to the rules and regulations associated with operating a franchise system in NZ
Our frontline staff have undergone a security background check for your peace of mind.
Exceed cannot assume responsibility for glass broken during the repair and maintenance of windows and doors, as the condition of the edge of the glass remains unknown until the glass is removed and may be subjected to cracking for reasons outside our control.
Leaks and or draught problems
