We've been married for 12 years and have two children. Stu was an electrician and Hayley was an early childhood teacher before joining Exceed 6 years ago.

The support of other Franchise owners, the flexibility of being self employed and the chance to make our own destiny.
When did you join Exceed?
We joined Exceed as employees of Hayley's parents and saw how great the environment was. When the opportunity arose to buy their franchise we jumped at the chance.
What awards have you won?
We won the Supreme Award with Exceed alongside my parents.
