Prior to becoming a Franchise Owner with Exceed, I had 28 years experience in actually making aluminium joinery.
What do you enjoy about being a Franchise Owner?
I enjoy working for myself and having my wife Cherie by my side. Exceed is a team with an excellent reputation not to mention successful in the Franchise community and awards. Great systems and assistance in place and there is a great team out there with a wealth of knowledge to call on.

Why did you join Exceed?
I wanted more one on one contact with clients/customers, more independence, being able to be my own boss, set myself goals and hopefully achieving them.
