Training and Support
Although you may already have excellent D.I.Y skills, we’ll teach you the specific skills you’ll need for our business. We do this as part of a comprehensive induction program. You’ll get hands-on experience and also have the opportunity to ride alongside existing franchise owners to see how they do their job and manage their business. We take you through all systems and processes relating to the business from the moment a service request arrives through to job completion, invoicing and reporting.
We make sure you have a huge amount of help and know-how well before you start. You are not alone but part of a team.

What are your expectations of your franchise owners?
Exceed has built a reputation for service and quality over the years; our customer feedback constantly reflects this. It is essential that quality and customer service are paramount for you. If you can check those boxes, you are on the right track. However, by joining the group, we expect to help you grow your business, which will require you to take on new ways and ideas when it comes to running your business. Our systems are tried and tested, so you will need to come with an open mind and a willingness to grow.
Do I receive assistance in starting my business?
Yes. In addition to your initial training period, a representative of Exceed will work closely with you from commencement of your business. The management team of Exceed will be available to assist you to discuss business development and operations.
Do I receive any training from Exceed?
Yes. All franchisees must attend and successfully complete our training program. The cost of your initial training is included in the purchase of your franchise. However, those costs connected with travel and lodging will be at your expense. Other management or partners may attend the program as mutually agreed by you and Exceed.
What form of continuing support and guidance will I receive?
You will receive regular visits by Exceed who will consult with you and offer advice and support on various areas as ensuring quality of work, customer service, product information, advertising, record keeping, communication, and any other business information you require. We also provide manuals covering important facets of your business operations.
How much could I expect to gross/net in first year, second year, and third year?
The profit will entirely depend on how you manage your Exceed Franchise. We will help you with forecasting and budgeting to work towards your financial goals. We will also benchmark you against our other members and some local market insights and help identify areas to get some quick wins as well as set some targets and goals.
How long will it take to see the benefits of my business joining Exceed?
You will start getting support for your business from the day you join. Like any business, it will require you to do some demanding work to realise the benefits. The value of these benefits can take months or even years to realise fully, but we have a great roadmap and support to help grow your business.
