We regularly conduct market research with our customers, suppliers and business partners. From recent focus groups meetings, we learnt that:
- We have a valued service
- Our customers happily recommend us
- Our franchise owners are reliable, trustworthy and professional.
But there are still a lot of people who don’t know we exist!We have developed a strategic plan for the next 10 years with our mission “to be the market leader in the door and window maintenance industry”. Redefining our look to embellish “what we do” is a step towards implementing our plan.
