All work undertaken by Exceed Maintenance is guaranteed to be carried out to the highest workmanship standard, and we will put right any work found to be substandard.

We honour all manufacturers' warranty statements on products we supply or install.


glass

Exceed Maintenance cannot assume responsibility for glass broken during the repair and maintenance of windows and doors or conservatories, as the condition of the edge of the glass remains unknown until the glass is removed and is subject to cracking for reasons outside our control.


leaks/draught problems

Because of the inherent difficulty in sourcing the cause of leaks and draughts, Exceed Maintenance policy for covering the same is that we cannot absolutely guarantee the cure of the leaks or draughts.

Exceed Maintenance will analyse leak and draught problems, and, to the best of our ability, make curative recommendations and, when called for, carry out repair work.

Notwithstanding the above, we are aware of our obligation under the Consumer Guarantees Act of 1993.
